Mapped started as an idea back in 2014, when two friends bonded over one too many whiskeys about parallel universes, time travel and of course, re-engineering the recruitment industry. They envisioned to change the perception of recruiters from target driven sales individuals to consultants who empower candidates and clients to reach their career goals and identify talent solutions respectively.
After a 2 year long hangover, they decided to make this idea a reality. Mapped aims to be a brand which not only leads in service quality, but is also personalized, tailored and fun.

Anchit comes with over 8 years of experience in the Recruitment Consulting Environment. Starting his career in 2010 with one of the largest global UK based recruitment firms, his consistent performance and hunger resulted in him being the top biller in both 2011 and 2012 placing him in the top 5% performers across the region. A strong believer in organic growth, Anchit has hired, trained and developed teams of over 9 consultants and enjoyed almost 100% retention. An entrepreneur by nature, he moved to his next firm to set up a new business from scratch, the success of which put him in the top 10 performers globally. He along with Pranav started Mapped in October 2016 which has now grown to 3 different brands.
Anchit graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Product Design and Minors in Entrepreneurship and Business from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. He was part of AIESEC and NTU Students Union, where he held various leadership positions. On top of that, he has been a brand consultant for local and international clients. Presently, he is a co-curator with TEDx Singapore and volunteers actively with Down Syndrome Association and a major pet farm in Singapore. He was also featured at TEDxNTU in 2017 about AI in recruiting. Anchit also works passionately on many other projects/companies such as Shift (mental health app), Fetch (dog adoption app), Blook Consulting (digital agency), Eywa Life (sustainable products), Indian Cancer Society (awareness amongst youth) and Yellow Ribbon Project (helping half-way home).

Originally from India, Pranav moved to Singapore in 2009 to join Nanyang Technological University (NTU) for a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science. At university, he interned with Apple and Tata Consultancy services, only to realise that his coding skills were not good enough to give him a livelihood.
Starting his corporate career with one of the largest global UK based recruitment consultancies, he quickly grew to a senior consultant within the Secretarial & Office Support discipline. While managing a team of 2 consultants, he was also one of the top billers for 2 years in a row which led him to be a part of the top 5% revenue makers across Asia Pacific. He successfully brought in and managed key accounts while driving a strong sense of culture and teamwork across the firm.
In 2016, along with Anchit, Pranav co-founded Mapped, a boutique search firm for HR & office support professionals across SEA. Over the last 2 years, Mapped has grown to a team of 7 and given rise to ventures like Mapped Asia & Mapped Social.
