Parvinder graduated with a Bachelors in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore. Thereafter, he had a rewarding 6-year career as a Senior Officer within the Civil Service before discovering a passion for guiding others on their professional journey. Leveraging this newfound passion, he transitioned into the world of recruitment and has not looked back since. He spent close to 2-years at Robert Walters where he successfully connected HR and Business Support professionals to leading organizations across industries such as FMCG and Luxury Retail. Outside of work, Parvinder is passionate about wakeboarding and previously represented Singapore in numerous regional competitions. To share his passion and grow the sport, he currently spends his time as a volunteer coach to individuals of all levels. Apart from wakeboarding, he has a keen interest in entrepreneurship, surfing and mindfulness.
